Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below to understand how your order will be processed and delivered.
1. Processing & Production Times
Because our products are made-to-order, please allow for a production window before your order ships:
Standard Items: 2–5 business days.
Peak Seasons: During holidays or high-demand periods, production may take up to 7 business days.
Note: Processing time is separate from the shipping time you see at checkout.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times depend on your location:
Domestic Shipping: 5–10 business days after processing.
International Shipping: 10–20 business days (varies by destination).
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damages & Shipping Issues
If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at inaayalina5@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will work quickly to send a replacement at no extra cost to you.
6. Missing or Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please:
Check with neighbors or your local post office.
Wait an additional 24 hours (sometimes carriers mark items as delivered prematurely).
Contact our support team if the package is still missing after 3 business days.
