Returns & Refunds Policy
At INAAYALINA , we want you to love your purchase. Because our products are printed specifically for you when you order, we have a specialized policy regarding returns and exchanges.
1. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will make it right! You do not need to return the damaged item.
Timeline: Please report any issues within 14 days of receiving your product.
Process: Send an email to inaayalina5@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the damage or the error.
Resolution: We will send a replacement at no cost to you or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
2. Size Exchanges & "Buyer’s Remorse"
Because each item is custom-printed to order, we generally do not offer exchanges or refunds for incorrect size selection or change of mind. * We provide a detailed Size Chart on every product page. Please review it carefully before finalizing your order.
If you are unhappy with your order for a reason not covered above, please reach out to us and we will do our best to find a solution.
3. Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
4. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to our facility because of an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs to resend the package.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders go into production very quickly. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 2 hours of purchase. Once an order has been sent to our production partner, we can no longer cancel it.
